This is the Spam Killer button on the top of Outlook.
Installation for Outlooks connected to MS EXCHANGE 2003
1) Start installation as above.
2) Move spam manually from all linked folders to one Junk E-mail folder (root) or do it via 3) item below automatically

3) To clear from spam any connected folder, just Select the folder and use button "Move Spam from Selected folder" of Toolbox to clear spam.
4) If you find good email in junk folder which have been moved to junk during cleaning process then you should drop it from Junk folder to any folder in root account and then moved it to public folder. Otherwise, it comes with error (microsoft bug)
GETTING STARTED WITH ADD-IN.
1) Click Analyze Folders button to allow Spamkiller creates database of your emails. You shall do it only one time.
RESTART OUTLOOK AFTER !
2) Click Move spam from Inbox button to move spam from inbox to Junk Folder. This button designed to initiate filtering Inbox emails process manually when you changed filter settings.
3) Tune Up level for Text emails and for emails with pictures. Slide right to filter more accurately spam or slide left to filter larger variety of spam emails in your Inbox. Spam probability in subject of emails located in Junk Folder helps you to tune up. IMPORTANT: System can not judge perfectly without emails in Junk Folder, so help system - do not delete junk emails from Junk emails folder.
4) Add restricted words in a text window , the window located above a picture frame on SpamKiller toolbox. Each phrase or word must enter in new line.

All incoming emails will be filter automatically.
6) If you find good email in Junk Folder - just move them to any other folder (program remove % Spam from subject automatically) and you will never find emails from this recipient in Junk folder again.
7) SpamKiller automatically track and update its safe senders list but you can change it manually here C:\ANTRASOFTSPAM\spamdata\trusteml.dat
8) If you find good email in Junk Folder - just move it to any other folder (program remove % Spam from subject automatically) and you will never find emails from this recipient in Junk folder again.
9) Pass spam cleaning process twice If you have huge numbers of junk emails in folder .
10) KEEP all spam emails in Junk folder - the more information the more accurate decision about incoming emails !
11) PLEASE close window of Spam Killer before exit from OUTLOOK !
otherwise it will be incorrectly closed by Outlook and error could occur.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
Required DLL modules not found
Download Microsoft Run-time VB6 DLL and install it.
"Can't move the item" message.
please disable internal outlook spam filter, see above instruction.
HOW TO REMOVE SPAM KILLER BUTTON ?
Go to TOOLS -> CUSTOMIZE - > RESET
I GOT ERROR DURING SPAM KILLER WORK.
If
it happened , just exit from Outlook and start Outlook again.
SPAM KILLER BUTTON DISSAPEARED.
Please, check HELP -> About Microsoft Office -> Disabled Items . Enable Spam Killer there
SPAM KILLER FROZEN and OUTLOOK not REACTING.
It is happened because we use original Microsoft library to process graphical files and some spamers deliberately creates graphical files with errors to halt systems. Please reload OUTLOOK in this case.
