WHEN YOU RUN TELLER.
1. Please select or create a working directory first.
2. Select or enter an Access file with extension MDB. The file must have “message” table
inside. The “message” table must have the same structure as in file mes.mdb (supplied with
program, see in installation folder) Leave it blank if you do not have ACCESS
3. Enter POP3 mail server, login and password for your new mailbox.
4. Leave 1000 or enter you number of records in active database.
5. Enter period of time for auto update in minutes
6. Enter Filter if you receive emails for more than one reg. number.
7. Put tick in “Delete read e-mails” box if you need delete e-mails from your mailbox after
downloading. Remove tick only in case if you have another program which wants to share
same mailbox (we do not recommend it) or if you need use emails for something else.
6. Put tick in “Update Access Data using RELOADING procedure” if you have an ACCESS database, otherwise do not put tick here.
WORKING WITH TELLER
Double click in "Work with Table" to show translated message.
“DOWNLOAD” button is for manual downloading emails from server , updating table and Access
data file
“Update mdb” designed for updating Access data file manually
“Export Base” designed for exporting displayed table into Excel format. File CBASE.XLS with
data will be saved in sub folder TEMP inside working directory.
“VIEW” button just for viewing XML table. It is internal table which the program creates every
time to show you data
MENU ITEMS
“SETUP -> Refresh from work directory” designed for downloading saved EDI messages and updating all system.
“SETUP -> Backup old EDI messages” implemented for moving old messages into ARCHIVE folder. Big database works bit slow, so use this function.
“REGISTRATION” use to register TELLER
WORK WITH MESSAGE tab implemented to read detailed translation of EDI message on one screen. Select row in table and selected message will be opened in this tab
ANALYZE DATA tab implemented to analyze message sequence. You can analyze only part of data if you enter finish message (record number in database not EDI message number)
